    Well, we made it through a pandemic…now what?! Our lives and relationships survived so much change and stress and it shows. I will come alongside you and your loved one(s) and amplify what’s already working and help you find new ways to relate.

    I love to help couples strengthen their intimate lives as well as helping couples establish a healthier relationship in and out of the bedroom.

    If you are wanting to come in as an individual, we will begin to work on the most important relationship, the relationship with yourself. Together we can improve your relationships and life.        

    My Mission

    My emphasis is with families and relational systems. Often times, this means we do a lot of individual work. But the goal is always to improve and enhance your relationships. After all, the most important relationship in our lives is with ourselves.

    In couples therapy, we will organize a more intentional, authentic, and kind way of interacting. Time with me will give both of you the space you have been longing for to finally speak out what’s been on your heart to say for a long time and together, we can find the loving connection that brought you together in the beginning that will help you move forward in whatever direction you chose.

    In family therapy, we will work to create a safe and supportive dynamic that works for everyone. Time with me will give all of you the space you have been longing for to update your family on your needs and dreams as your family unit grows in acceptance as each member grows up.
